not day for changing anything, not admitting problem with processed carbon compound C12H22O11. Not addicted to white sugar and anything sweet is not a problem. The food is not bad grammar is not bad. Why do people say that? Wrong and bad all the time. Who cares but them? Who is obsessed with eating or not eating anything? I don’t like eating the same thing every day, but sugar is something I eat in excess day in and day out. It’s like a club, us sugar eaters. Like SA anonymous – hide the candy bar in my desk drawer, sneak a couple of teaspoons of sugar   in my tea and eat that sweet roll from Starbucks in my car so others don’t judge. Why do they judge me? What did I have – 1 Valentine candy, 4- 5 lemon Girl Scout cookies. Yesterday was a different story – 1/2 sleeve of Thin Mints, 1/2 can root beer, Mother’s apricot jello salad (Lois Gruver’s recipe) and CoCo Krispies for bedtime snack. Work to do – can it be done. Can I get rid of my only vice that has cost me teeth, dentist bills and pounds? Sucks – set my mind and do it for a Change.
